My Journey so Far.
I've lost 85 lbs since March 15, 2021, and it's been a long and hard journey to get to where I am today. But with consistency, hard work, and determination, I've been able to make significant progress and achieve my weight loss goals.
One of the keys to my success has been consistency. I've consistently followed a healthy diet and exercise plan, which has allowed me to make progress over time and see the results of my hard work. I've also been consistent with my strength training, which has helped me build lean muscle mass and boost my metabolism.
